Banks galore on Ashiana Road

Branches of three reputed banks had started functioning near Central Revenue Colony on the Ashiana-Digha Road in the last three years. The latest is ICICI Bank, Ashiana Branch that was launched on December 16, 2013. In all, at a stretch of 1.25km starting from Central Revenue Colony to Ashiana Mor, you can find seven banks namely IDBI Bank, Punjab National Bank, ICICI Bank,  Bank of India at Ramnagari, IndusInd Bank, Federal Bank and Canara Bank branches. You may name it Bank Road instead of Ashiana-Digha Road. Bank of India branch at Ramnagari is the oldest among them.

Work for covered drain is on at Ashiana-Digha Road
