Eastern Regional Conference on Reforms for Citizen Centric Governance held in Patna
Eastern Regional Conference on Reforms for Citizen Centric Governance was held in Patna on September 15, 2011. Union Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pension, V Narayanasamy inaugurated the seminar and delivered the keynote address. Delegates from 11 eastern and north eastern states participated in the seminar. Narayanasamy said the Union Government would introduce a public delivery and citizens grievances bill and electoral reform bill in the winter session of the Parliament.
