Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar reached Dharhara (Bhagalpur) to continue his state-wide Vishwas Yatra. He released a book on the development of Bhagalpur district and also listened the plight of the people at a public rally on June 6, 2010. Bihar PHED Minister Ashwini
