Patna Municipal Corporation Board holds meeting

Patna Municipal Corporation Board held its meeting in Patna on May 18, 2013. Mayor Afzal Imam and ward Councillor Sushma Saho addressed the meeting . The meeting gave go ahead to new holding tax rates despite opposition from some Councillors who wanted PMC should do the classification of roads first before the realisation of tax from the citizens.

Clean Patna work goes to BUIDC0

A meeting of the Patna Municipal Corporation Board was held on October 29, 2012. The meeting passed the State Government decision to hand over the city cleaning work to Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (BUIDC0). Patna Mayor Afzal Imam presided over the meeting.

Patna Municipal Corporation Board meeting ends in utter chaos

The meeting of the Patna Municipal Corporation Board ended in utter chaos as commissioner Divesh Sehra left the meeting in a hurry in Patna on September 7, 2011. Stung by the incident, angry ward councilors staged demonstration and passed a resolution against the commissioner.
