Purnia records 61 percent turnout










About 61 per cent voter turnout was recorded in Purnia in the second phase of polling in five Lok Sabha constituency of Bihar on April 26, 2024. Five constituency that went to poll on Friday were Kishanganj, Katihar, Purnia, Bhagalpur and Banka

Hotel Fire Claims 6 Lives in Patna











 Six persons were killed and 10 injured when a devastating fire broke out in a hotel near Patna Junction Railway station in Patna on April 25, 2024. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained but eyewitnesses said that fire escalated from cooking gas cylinder.
