BPCC submits a memorandum to Bihar Governor over alleged central fund scam

Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee (BPCC) president Mahboob Ali Kaiser led a delegation of his party leaders to Raj Bhavan and submitted a memorandum to Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar in protest against alleged Rs 11, 412 crore central fund scam in Patna on July 17, 2010.

Recently, the Patna High Court had ordered a CBI inquiry into alleged irregularities of Rs 11,412 crore in execution of development and welfare schemes between April 1, 2002 and March 31, 2008 by Bihar government.
