Bihar Government engineers to intensify agitation
Bihar Government engineers burnt the copies of Government orders in Patna on September 30, 2011. Protesting the Government orders, members of the Bihar Engineering Services Association and Engineering Service Co-ordination Committee alleged that the order had reduced them to the level of bonded labours. BESA to go on war path
Bihar Engineering Services Association (BESA) decided to go on war path in protest against the state government's apathetic attitude in fulfilling their long-pending demands that include "out side interference in work" and implementation of Central pay scales.
