Bihar CM Jitan Ram Manjhi ties Rakhi to a tree on Raksha Bandhan





Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi tied Rakhi to a tree to spread the message of save tress on the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan at a function in Eco Park (Rajdhani Vatika) in Patna on August 10, 2014. He also declared Eco Park as plastic free zone and requested the people to help Government in its efforts to save the environment.
