CAG report indicts Bihar Government for financial mess

Principal Accountant General, Bihar, Rajiv Bhushan Sinha released Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India report on civil audit and state finances in Patna on April 3, 2012. The report indicted the Bihar Government for failing to submit detailed contingent (DC) bills worth Rs 22,575 crores till the year 2011.
