Seminar held on Intellectual Property Right

Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi inaugurated a seminar on Intellectual Property Right in Patna on October 15, 2014. Speaking on the occasion, Manjhi announced setting up of  Intellectual Property Right Facilitation Centre.
