Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was on his way to attend cabinet meeting in Patna on February 9, 2011.The cabinet decided to extend homestead land policy to cover the poorest among the backward, extremely backward castes and dusadhs. The scheme is already in practice for Mahadalits.
