Union Railway Minister Mamataa Banerjee presented Railway budget for the year 2011-12 in the Parliament in New Delhi on February 25, 2011. Railway passengers at Patna Junction took their time off to hear and view the budget speech of Railway Minister on hanging TVs located in different platforms.
