Inmates of Minto Hostel of Patna University created trouble at the Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH) protesting non-functioning of the CT Scan machine in Patna on February 8, 2011 night . The trouble began when a student Chandrashekhar sustained serious head injury after falling from the first floor of the hostel and was taken to the PMCH for necessary treatment.
