Bihar Health Minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey inaugurated the two-day Silver Jubilee Cuticon of Bihar Jharkhand branch of Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL) and The 25th State conference of IADVL Cuticon, Bihar and Jharkhand in Patna on October 15, 2011.
