Nitish Kumar inspects Chhath ghats

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inspected different Ganga ghats with his cabinet colleagues by a ship to take first hand account of the arrangements made by different Government departments for the forthcoming Chhath festival in Patna on October 23, 2011. The Chief Minister had asked the officials to make proper arrangements in all Chhath ghats.
