Director General of Police, Bihar, Abhayanand met students of Patna Women's College (PWC) at Kotwali police station in Patna on January 29, 2013. The students of PWC went to 12 police stations pf Patna under their "outreach programme 2013" and did the cleaning work in the police stations. They also gave suggestions to the Station House Officers (SHOs) on cleanliness and pollution-free environment.
