Inebriated warden opens fire in Beur Jail
Patna Police arrested a Beur Model Central Jail warden Patrick Minj, who opened fire indiscriminately by his rifle from the top of a watch tower in Patna on December 13, 2014. It was said the warden was in an inebriated condition. The cop was later suspended by the authorities.
