Dr Lakhan Lal Sinha felicitated in Patna
Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi inaugurated a function that was organised to felicitate Dr Lakhan Lal Sinha (87) former head of department of medicine, Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH), at RSB Auditorium in Patna on December 29, 2011. Patna Medical College principal Dr NP Yadav and noted physician SN Arya were present on the occasion.
