Bihar Government signed an MoU with the British Council of India to train 160 teachers of State Government High Schools for English teaching. These 160 teachers will become master trainers, who in turn will train another 4000 English teachers under the guidance of the council. Education Department Secretary Anjani Kumar Singh and British Council Director Rob Lyaes signed the memorandum of understanding (MoU). Rajesh Bhushan, State Project Director of Bihar Secondary Education Council was present on the occasion.
