Activists of Jan Abhiyan burnt the effigy of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in Patna on September 4, 2009 to protest the two-day ministerial-level WTO meeting in New Delhi.The meeting, however, concluded in New Delhi on Friday (September 4, 2009).
