Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inagurated 11 information centers (Soochna Bhawans) in districts and also launched computer-aided learing for government schools E-Samarth in Patna on September 22, 2009.With the inauguration of 11 centres, Bihar so far have 14 Soochna Bhawans. Twenty more will come up soon.
The E-Samarth has been launched at 244 middle schools across Bihar to impart comupter-aided education to the students of Class VI to VIII.
