All India Congress Committee (AICC) general secretary Rahul Gandhi made a two-day whirl-wind tour of Bihar on February 2 and February 3, 2010. On February 2, Rahul Gandhi reached Patna and visited Sadaquat Ashram, the head-quarters of Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee.Later he toured Bettiah and Darbhanga.
