Bihar Food and Consumer Protection Minister Narendra Singh inaugurated one-day sensitization and awareness programme on bar coding in Patna on February 23, 2010. The programme was jointly organised by MSME-Development Institute, Patna and Bihar Industries Association.Speaking on the occasion Narendra Singh called upon the micro, small and medium entrepreneurs to adopt bar coding for their products so that they could register their presence in ntaional and international markets.
