Bihar draws up a big plan size for financial year 2012-13
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar held a meeting with the development commissioner and other top officials on the next plan size for the year 2012-13, in Patna on January 27, 2012. The meeting drew up a bigger plan size of about Rs 28000 crore for the financial year 2012-13.
