Bihar stamp expo mascot launched
Kavery Banerjee, Chief Postmaster General, Bihar Circle, flagged off the mascot-a 3D walking red letter box-for three-day 11th Bihar Stamp Expo 2012 in Patna on February 8, 2012. The stamp expo will be held at Wheeler's Senate Hall (Patna University) from February 10 to 12.
