Seminar held on flood forecasting in north Bihar rivers
Indian Water Resources Society Patna Centre in association with Bihar State Disaster Management Authority organised a seminar on "Flood Forecasting in North Bihar Rivers: Issues, Challenges and its Solutions" in Patna on December 13, 2014. Bihar Water Resources Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary inaugurated the seminar.
