Patna Police arrest Nala Road triple murder case killers






Patna Police arrested the two employees of a furniture showroom of Nala Road, who allegedly hacked to death their employer's wife and two children and looted cash and valuables from their residence in Patna on August 17, 2010.

Poilce said Upendra and Mukesh working at the showroom owned by Sanjiv Kumar Gupta had gone to his house to hand over the keys after closing the shop on August 16 night. Gupta was away in Delhi for some business purpose.

The two, allegedly in inebriated state, misbehaved with Gupta's wife Arti and later hacked her and the two children to death with sharp-edged weapons and took away valuables and cash from their house, police added.

In protest against the brutal killings, residents and businessmen of the Nala Road area staged strong protest. They blocked the road observed bandh.
