Bihar Health Minister Nand Kishore Yadav inaugurated Digital Diagnostics and Research Foundation at the Patna Medical College and Hospital in Patna on August 24, 2010. He also inaugurated digital X-ray facility.Speaking on the occasion, Bihar Health Minister said all the six medical colleges and hospitals in the state would provide pathological tests and X-ray free of cost from September 1.
