Rich tributes paid to BP Mandal

Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar, Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, former Bihar Chief Minister Dr Jagannath Mishra and other leaders paid rich tributes to BP Mandal on his birth anniversary in Patna on August 25, 2010. Several functions were organised in the city to mark the occasion.
