Bihar NEOCON 2010 held in Patna

Bihar State Annual Convention of National Neonatology Forum was held in Patna on December 5, 2010. Inaugurating the function, Bihar Government's Principal Health Secretary CK Mishra said State Government would cover all the districts under its Comprehensive Newborn Care Initiative (CNCI) to reduce the neonatal mortality rates.
