The first day of the Bihar Assembly after the election was a joyous one for all members. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, would-be speaker Uday Narain Choudhary, all the ministers of Nitish Kumar cabinet arrived at Bihar Assembly to stat a fresh innings.
