Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said Bihar government would soon enact a law, making it mandatory for state agencies to extend services to people within a stipulated time frame. The Chief Minister was talking to reporters in Patna on November 30, 2010 . He hinted at his government priority to weed out corruption.
“We will soon bring the Right to Service Bill so that the government and its agencies extend services to people within a stipulated time frame," he said.
