Bihar Rural Work Minister Bhim Singh gets additional charges of Panchayati Raj Department

Bihar Rural Work Minister Bhim Singh took over the charges of Panchayati Raj department in Patna on October 12, 2011. Panchayati Raj Minister Hari Prasad Sah died recently. After taking over the charges Singh said Government was planning to impose ban on candidates, who have more than two children, from contesting Panchayat elections.
