Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) workers led by its president Lalu Prasad took out Raj Bahavan march in Patna on October 11, 2011 in protest against misrule and corruption of the present NDA government led by Nitish Kumar. Hundreds of RJD workers gathered at the R-Block and staged dharna under the leadership of Lalu Parasad. Addressing the meeting Lalu Prasad claimed that RJD would return to power with thumping majority in the next Assembly election.
Leaders of the Opposition in Bihar Assembly Abdul Bari Siddiqui, RJD state president Ram Chandra Purve and several other leaders participated in the rally.
They also submitted a memorandum to the Governor demanding an end to prevailing rampant corruption.
