Bihar Government organised a function to observe "Alcohol Prohibition Day' in Patna on November 26, 2011. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated the function. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi was present on the occasion. A painting exhibition depicting the consumption of liquor a social evil was also organised to add charm to the function.Photo: Aftab Alam Siddiqui
