Annual award rally of the Bihar State Bharat Scouts and Guides concluded in Patna on December 29, 2013. Scouts and guides from different districts of the state presented attractive cultural programmes to mark the occasion. Bihar Water Resources Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary was the chief guest.
