Bihar Legislative Council Chairman Tara Kant Jha and BJP MP Shatrughan Sinha jointly inaugurate a seminar on neurological update in Patna on May 8, 2011. Leading neurologist Dr K Ravishankar of Jaslok Hospital abd Research Centre, Mumbai, delivered the keynote address.
