Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly and convenor of Bihar Cricket Association ad-hoc committee Abdul Bari Siddiqui inaugurated the three-match one day series between hosts Bihar Chhattisgarh at Moinul Haq Stadium in Patna on May 13, 2011.
