Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated the 36th State-Level Bankers Committee (SLBC) review meeting in Patna on May 18, 2011. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi and chairmen of five commercial banks including State Bank of India (SBI) attended the meeting.
