High-security number plates for vehicles in Bihar soon

Bihar Transport and Information and Public Relation Department Minister Brishen Patel said the State Government would soon introduce high-security and tamper proof number plates and licence system to check misuse of stolen vehicles. Patel was talking to reporters in Patna on May 20, 2011.
