Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated a mini indoor shooting range located at ITI building in Kalayan Bigha, the native village of Chief Minister, on May 14, 2011. Noted national shooting coach Dr Rajpal Singh and his disciples imparted training to the budding talents of the village.
