Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar visited Buddha Memorial Park in Patna on May 17, 2011 to pay obeisance to Lord Gautam Buddha on the auspices occasion of Buddha Purnima. The Chief Minister was accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi and several other Cabinet Ministers. Speaking on the occasion, Kumar said the Buddha Memorial Park would be developed as a centre of tourist attraction. The Chief Minister also participated in the mass prayers.Photo: Aftab Alam Siddiqui
