Women are in queue to exercise their franchise in the Poorest Areas Civil Society (PACS) election in Patna on September 2, 2009.The PACS polls on Wednesday recorded a turn out of 58.7 per cent. The polling was held to elect 293 PACS representatives of 23 blocks in Patna district.
