Bihar CM Nitish Kumar gets CNN-IBN Award

Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi handed over the CNN-IBN Indian of the Year Award to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in Patna on December 27, 2010. Nitish Kumar won the award while Modi received it at a function in Mumbai recently.
