Purnia MP Uday Singh holds Centre responsible for under-development in his constituency


Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP from Purnia, Uday Singh addressed a Press conference in Patna on October 7, 2012. Talking to reporters Singh held Central Government responsible for poor growth of his constituency.
