National seminar on Transforming Bihar: Challenges and Innovations held at PU

National seminar on Transforming Bihar: Challenges and Innovations was held at the Geology Department auditorium of Patna University on November 6, 2012. Indian Institute of Advanced Studies (IIAS), Shimla and Department of Sociology (Patna University) jointly organised the seminar. Professor Peter Ronald deSouza, director of IIAS delivered the key note address. Patna University (PU) vice chancellor Dr Shambhu Nath Singh also addressed the seminar.
