Lovebirds jump into Ganga; boy dies, girl swims to safety
A young unmarried couple tried commit suicide by jumping from Mahatma Gandhi Setu into Ganga in Patna on September 6, 2014. But the fate had it otherwise. The boy drowned and the girl swam to safety. Police identified the boy and Ajit Kumar, a native of Hilsa in Nalanda and the girl also belonged to the same place. It is learnt that they were in suicide pact.
