Kushwaha blames Bihar Government for not spending central funds
Union Minister of State for Rural Development Upendra Kushwaha addressed a Press conference in Patna on September 11, 2014. Speaking on the occasion, Kushwaha blamed Bihar Government for its failure to spend Central funds allocated for different rural development schemes.
