Lalu authorised to decide RJD candidates for Bihar Assembly election

RJD chief Lalu Prasad met ticket seekers and party workers in Patna on September 18, 2010. Earlier, the central parliamentary board of the RJD authorised party chief Lalu Prasad to decide the candidates for six-phase polls.
