The 140th birth anniversary of Dr Sachchidanand Sinha was celebrated at Thakur Prasad Community Hall at Kidwaipuri in Patna on November 10, 2011. Doctor Gopal Prasad Sinha, BJP MLAs Arun Kumar Sinha, Nitin Navin and other distinguished guests urged the state government to rename Patna University after Dr Sachchidanand Sinha and install a life-size statue of Sachchidanand on the Sinha Library campus.Photo: Aftab Alam Siddiqui
